Terms of Service
Last updated: September 27, 2026
License
Purchase of SessionWatcher grants you a non-transferable license to use the purchased product variant on the number of computers (Mac or Windows) allowed by that plan. Active Solo, Bundle, and Pro plans may use the Mac-synced iPhone companion. Direct iPhone provider updates require Pro. The iPhone does not count as a Mac activation unless a future offer explicitly says otherwise.
Personal and business use
Solo, Bundle, and Pro are personal licenses. They are for individuals who buy them with their own money, and you may use them for your own work, including freelance and client work. A company or other organization that buys SessionWatcher for its employees or contractors, or reimburses them for it, needs Pro for Teams, with at least as many seats as people using it. A Teams seat belongs to the organization, covers one person on up to two Macs, and can be reassigned to someone else when that person leaves. Licenses bought before September 27, 2026 keep working as purchased.
Third-party services

Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. See the refund policy for details.
