Do we need Pro for Teams, or can people expense a personal licence?

If the company pays for SessionWatcher or reimburses staff for it, SessionWatcher’s terms ask for Pro for Teams, with at least as many seats as people using it. Solo, Bundle and Pro are personal licences for individuals who pay their own way, and they cover freelance and client work. Licences bought before September 27, 2026 keep working as purchased.

How do teammates get their keys?

The moment checkout completes, the buyer gets one email with every key (and a CSV), plus a page that lists them. Hand one key to each person; they paste it into SessionWatcher and they are on Pro.

What happens when someone leaves or joins?

A seat belongs to the company, not the person, so it can be reassigned to whoever replaces them. Add seats as the team grows; removing seats revokes unused keys first.

Is there an admin dashboard of the team’s usage?

No. Each teammate sees their own usage on their own machine, which is what stops them getting locked out mid-task. SessionWatcher does not collect usage centrally. For company-wide spend, your AI providers’ own admin and billing consoles remain the source of truth.

Can we pay by invoice?

Yes. Card checkout is instant; if procurement needs an invoice first, email contact@sessionwatcher.com with the seat count and billing details. Checkout also collects your billing address and tax ID.
