• Minimum 3 seats. Add seats whenever you hire; billing follows the seat count. Removing seats revokes unused keys first.
• One seat is one person: their own licence key, on up to 2 Macs.
• A seat belongs to the company, not the person, so it can be reassigned to whoever replaces someone who leaves.

• The terms (sessionwatcher.com/legal/terms) ask a company that buys SessionWatcher for its staff, or reimburses them for it, to use Pro for Teams with at least as many seats as people using it.

• Pay by card at sessionwatcher.com/teams (Stripe Checkout). One subscription and one invoice for every seat, billed yearly or monthly. Checkout collects your company’s billing address and tax ID for the invoice. Need an invoice before paying? Email contact@sessionwatcher.com with the seat count and billing details.
• Every licence key arrives by email the moment payment clears, with a CSV, plus a page that lists them. Each developer installs SessionWatcher and pastes their key.
• Anyone on the team can use SessionWatcher free for 7 days, no card needed, and every purchase has a 14-day refund window.

• SessionWatcher reads usage from the logins, logs and keys the AI tools already keep on the developer’s computer, and shows it there. Nothing is collected centrally. Licence checks send the licence key and limited app or device details to SessionWatcher.
• Some providers’ usage is fetched from that provider’s own API, directly from the developer’s computer.
• It does not read code or conversations. There is no admin console, so the company gets no view into anyone’s machine: each developer sees only their own usage.
• The iPhone and Apple Watch apps sync from the Mac through the developer’s own iCloud; there is no SessionWatcher account. Provider credentials staged for the iPhone stay in the Apple Keychain and are not sent to SessionWatcher servers.
• The Mac app is signed and notarized by Apple, and its network requests use HTTPS. Payments go through Stripe; SessionWatcher never sees card details.
