What is different from the Mac app
- Mac-only for now: desktop widgets, iCloud sync between Macs, the iPhone companion and Homebrew installs.
- Windows 10: the readout shows in a small window beside the taskbar rather than inside it, which needs Windows 11.
- Code signing: the installer is not signed yet, which is why SmartScreen asks once. A certificate is on the way.
- Pro for Teams: the company plan covers Macs only for now. Windows teams, email us.

- No. SessionWatcher reads usage statistics, from the local logins and logs your AI tools already keep, and nothing else. Keys you add for providers such as OpenRouter are stored in Windows Credential Manager.
- How does it update?
- It checks for updates by itself and installs them the next time the app restarts. There is nothing to download by hand after the first install.
- What does the Mac app have that the Windows app does not?
- Desktop widgets, iCloud sync between Macs, the iPhone companion and Homebrew installs are Mac-only. Tracking, the 20 tools, notifications, multiple accounts, charts and pace are on both.
- Can my company buy it for a team of Windows developers?
