Everything you need to know about SessionWatcher
For subscription users, we securely read your Claude Code OAuth token from the macOS Keychain (the same way Claude Code stores it) and fetch your usage from Anthropic's official API. For API users, you provide your Admin API key, and we query the Admin API directly. We never store or transmit your credentials anywhere.
Absolutely. SessionWatcher runs entirely on your Mac. Your credentials never leave your device. We don't have servers, accounts, or analytics. Your data is yours alone.
Yes! SessionWatcher supports both subscription users (Claude Pro, Teams, Enterprise) and API users. API users can track token usage, costs, and spending with their Admin API key.
SessionWatcher requires macOS 13 (Ventura) or later. It's a native SwiftUI app optimized for Apple Silicon but runs great on Intel Macs too.
For subscription users, yes. We read your credentials from Claude Code's Keychain entry. For API users, no. You just need your Admin API key from console.anthropic.com.
