OpenAI's campaign thread on its community forum lists two entries for Day 15. Day 15.1 is a video called Cooking with Codex. Day 15.2 reads "It's a full reset".
The thread was first posted on October 5, 2026. It says that from that day there will be one clear improvement each day for most Codex or Work users. On days without one, everyone gets a full reset instead, and sometimes users get both.
