Enterprise access to alternatives

Copilot Enterprise administrators may need to enable alternative models through model policies in Copilot settings. GitHub says administrators can check availability in individual Copilot settings and confirm the policy is enabled for the specific model. Once enabled, the model appears in the Copilot Chat model selector in VS Code and on github.com.
