Outage, or your own limit?

Start with the error. An outage gives you connection failures or timeouts across every model, and the panel above turns amber or red. A problem with one model provider shows up as failures on that model only, so switch models before you do anything else. A usage problem names itself: Cursor tells you when included usage has run out or your spend limit is reached.
